Lending Specialist

We are working on an exciting opportunity with a growing and ambitious financial services provider in Guernsey that is looking for a Lending Specialist – open to candidates from trainee level through to experienced professionals—to join this forward-thinking business at a pivotal time.

Whether you’re just starting your lending career or bringing years of experience, this role offers a chance to grow within a dynamic team, contribute to new product launches, and work flexibly in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising and supporting clients on a range of lending products, including mortgages and credit cards
• Playing an active role in the launch of new lending offerings
• Working within a close-knit, CeMAP-qualified team of professionals
• Contributing to the organisation’s expansion through your knowledge of lending, banking, or financial services

You will have experience—or a strong interest—in financial services, broking, lending, or banking, possess a CeMAP qualification – however if you don’t already have it, the business will support you in achieving it – together with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to deliver client-focused advice in a regulated environment.
