Officer – Business Platform Support

One of our key clients is seeking an Officer – Business Platform Support to join their Guernsey team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented business analyst with core sector experience to work on platform migration and long-term support within a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the migration of core systems using your business analysis skills and sector knowledge.

• Collaborating with developers and testing teams to ensure smooth implementation.

• Growing into a long-term support role for the business platform.

• Working within a tight-knit team of 4, with occasional travel to Jersey.ts.

You will have at least 3 years’ business analysis experience, ideally with exposure to platforms like T24 (Transact) and strong knowledge of banking operations, payments, and securities. You’ll bring core sector experience in areas like Accounting, Compliance & Risk, Fund, or Trust, and enjoy being hands-on in both project and support settings.
