Onboarding Specialist – Wealth Management

Firstcall is working with a well respected wealth management firm in hirng for an Onboarding Specialist to join their dynamic Guernsey office.

You will be assisting with the onboarding of new clients ensuring compliance with Guernsey AML/CFT requirements . We are a small, but dynamic office and we are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and driven person to join us.

Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting client take-on and risk assessments in line with internal guidelines
• Administering client portfolios using Tyrus and Citazen systems
• Reviewing and updating client due diligence to ensure regulatory compliance
• Liaising with clients and investment advisors for a seamless onboarding process

You will be someone who is a driven and detail-oriented person with strong communication skills and have experience in client onboarding or related field. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
