We are working with an established financial services business to onboard a Payments Administrator to their growing Guernsey office on a temporary or permanent basis. 

Reporting to the Client Director, you will ensure client services are provided efficiently and at a high level on a daily basis.

  • Lending assistance with regards to providing high-level service to a variety of clients and administering fund and corporate structures
  • Assisting in preparing any board meeting agendas and with the processing of Capital Calls and Distributions
  • Processing any investment transaction documentation, adhering to CCL operating procedures and internal policies 
  • You will be responsible for you and your team complying with regulatory and legal requirements

If you are someone with experience in fund administration, strong communication skills and an ability to prioritise well, this could be a perfect fit.
