Are you someone with some level of banking or financial services experience who is looking to join a top notch Guernsey organisation that enjoys high employee engagement?

Working under the close direction of the Financial Reporting Manager, as Payments Officer you will be in charge of undertaking routine day-to-day processes that fully support the fund operations for Private Equity fund services team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting foreign exchange transactions and payments on a number of online banking platforms
  • Performing routine office and clerical tasks including scanning and arching of documents
  • Completing verbal call-backs to ensure wire details are accurate
  • Liaising on payment queries and confirmation of process completion with clients

You will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to use various IT systems.
