Firstcall is currently recruiting for a leading independent provider of fiduciary services on the island for a Pensions Administrator or Senior Pensions Administrator. The level of the role will be determined by your previous experience.

Joining the company’s Guernsey office, this role will find you working on an established book of business and being involved in all aspects of pension administration.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Managing pension schemes and pension benefit payments and providing assistance to the management team in their daily operations
  • Correspondence with intermediaries, investment houses and UK pension schemes
  • Liaising with various internal and external business parties on various matters
  • Overseeing and providing mentoring to junior administrators within the team

You’ll be someone with strong GCSE results particularly in Maths and English, superb organisational and communication skills and preferably have defined experience within either pension or trust administration. You’ll be joining a business which enjoys a strong and supportive organisational structure.
