On behalf of our valued client, a respected and people-focused trust group, we’re seeking an experienced People & Culture Officer to join their Guernsey team. This role is central to supporting the full employee lifecycle and driving ongoing improvements within the HR function.

Responsibilities include:
This role would suit someone proactive, organised and confident in dealing with matters of a sensitive nature. Strong communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work to defined standards are essential. You’ll be comfortable advising managers, producing accurate documentation and taking ownership of tasks while understanding broader impacts and risks.
