Are you looking to take up an Assistant Manager position which will see you pushing on to full managerial level in your funds career?

Our client is looking for an ambitious and well versed individual to join them in Jersey and are able to consider both local and international professionals from the UK or EU with experience in fund / private equity administration.

Operating in the funds space you’ll be a leader overseeing the effective client servicing for a portfolio; ensuring the funds clients receive a high quality service and effective bespoke reporting for them and their investors. 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting your team in managing client portfolio and taking on any additional tasks that are required by your clients or manager
  • Communicating transparently and regularly with clients and team, managing and developing client relationships on an ongoing basis playing a pivotal role in business development
  • Managing and reviewing the workload of a team of administrators on a daily basis, providing training to team members when needed
  • Reviewing financial records and information to ensure that company’s protocols are followed with regards to debt management in addition to accurately recording all time spent on client matters

You’ll be someone who has a relevant professional qualification, has strong experience within the fund administration space and is able to communicate effectively and work well within a team structure.
