Private Equity Fund Administrator

Firstcall is working with a premier financial services provider who is currently recruiting for a Private Equity Fund Administrator to join their busy Guernsey office.

Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, this role will see you undertaking administrative duties for various fund structures on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Liaising with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis
  • Providing assistance with company secretarial matters, including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, shareholder meetings and drafting minutes
  • Assisting with accounts distribution, investor calls and distributions
  • Preparing manual and electronic payment instructions and assistance where required

You’ll have some technical financial services knowledge, be highly interpersonal and possess strong computer skills. This is a supportive firm that will offer full support in training and in seeing you achieve your professional qualifications.
