Are you a seasoned professional in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) with an eye for detail and a passion for compliance? We are working on behalf of a leading financial services firm in Guernsey to find a Quality Assurance Manager to join their Risk and Compliance team, with a specific focus on Financial Crime Risk Management.
This role will be pivotal to maintaining high standards in CDD practices. You’ll be ensuring the integrity of onboarding and monitoring processes while coaching and guiding others to uphold regulatory excellence.
Responsibilities Include:
Conducting quality assurance checks on CDD across client files to ensure compliance with AML and sanctions regulations
Verifying that all required CDD documentation is accurately identified and collated
Engaging with internal teams to support delivery of compliant and timely client onboarding
Providing feedback and coaching to uplift quality standards across the first line of defence
Ideally you will have 3–5 years of experience in corporate CDD and EDD within a regulated financial environment, familiarity with complex corporate structures and high-risk customer types, and have a proactive mindset with strong organisation and communication skills
