Recruitment Sourcing Manager

First Executive Recruitment Services (Barbados) Ltd are looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Manager.

This role is perfect for a recruitment / talent acquisition / sales manager to join the business.

You will oversee  the supervision our recruitment sourcing team, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, assisting in leadership and training as well as the development of the division. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs and wider group activities.
• Responsible for deliverables, targets, and performance activity in line with recruitment and client service requirements.
• Oversight and delegation of administration, sourcing activities and evaluating performance.
• Development and monitoring key metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting outsourced procedures.

You will develop effective internal relationships and a lively team working environment, emonstrate sound decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills.

This role will suit someone who is capable of working efficiently and effectively to drive outcomes, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and social media
