Our client – a highly respected legal firm – is seeking a secretary/ legal secretary to join their Guernsey team.

If you have excellent administration and organisation skills a role within this supportive environment might be for you.

You may be someone who has previous administration experience or a school/college leaver taking their first steps in their career.

Responsibilities include.

  • Supporting the fee earners and the wider teams with administrative tasks.
  • Organising internal and external meetings – including booking travel arrangements and processing expenses
  • Maintaining diaries, typing correspondence, and answering and relaying telephone calls
  • Preparation and sending of invoices and following up of payments with clients.

The ideal candidate would have excellent time management and attention to detail, be proficient in Word and Outlook and have some knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint. Some legal knowledge would also be an advantage.
