As a Senior Administrator – Trust & Corporate, you’ll play a hands-on role in all aspects of administration, working closely with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless, professional experience.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of trust and corporate entities, handling transactions, drafting documentation, and client communications
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintain accurate records, and completing periodic reviews
Supporting onboarding of new business and timely closure of outgoing entities
Building strong client relationships and provide C-level signatory support where required
