Senior Associate – Corporate

Are you an experienced legal professional who would like to join an expanding Corporate Team within a supportive environment?

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading offshore law firm which is keen to onboard a Senior Associate.

You will be playing an active role in the running of Corporate matters and business development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients, acting as their point of contact and preparing appropriate documentation.
• Review and provide comments on documentation provided by third parties.
• Assisting junior colleagues, reviewing their progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• Advising Partners when you encounter problems or anticipate any delays arising as a result of these issues.

You will have a relevant academic/professional qualification and, ideally, a minimum of five years’ PQE . You will also have a high level of knowledge gained in the practice of Corporate, Business & Finance, Financial Services, Regulatory, Insolvency, Restructuring, Intellectual Property and Funds laws.
