Join a highly regarded financial services law firm in Guernsey as a Senior Associate, playing a key role in delivering expert legal advice across banking, finance, funds, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities  include:

  • Managing and coordinating complex client matters delegated by Partners

  • Supervising and mentoring junior legal staff to ensure quality and efficiency

  • Delivering timely, high-quality legal advice across financial services disciplines

  • Contributing to business development and firm-wide knowledge initiatives

We’re looking for a confident, client-focused legal professional with at least 5–6 years’ PQE (Jersey, Guernsey, UK or Commonwealth-qualified). Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Experience in business development and managing junior staff will set you apart.
