We are working with a well-respected legal firm on recruiting a Senior Associate – Funds, Finance & Corporate to their Cayman Islands office.

You will work as part of a high-quality team where you will have a varied working day, providing legal advice relating to investment funds and other financial services and corporate clients.

Responsibilities will include:

• Proving efficient and high quality client service as delegated by the Partners for a variety of industry clients including investment funds, corporate and commercial law, financing, reinsurance and insurance
• Proactively engaging in bringing new business to the firm and assisting in the promotion and development of the Funds, Corporate & Finance team
• Delegating, supervising and providing mentoring to junior colleagues when required
• Taking charge on a range of non-chargeable activities to help build the firm’s know how and reputation whether it be through writing articles, seminars or presentations.

You’ll have a UK or Commonwealth legal qualification and possess strong Cayman Islands offshore funds and PQE experience.
