Senior Associate – Risk, Regulation and Fintech

Join a dynamic Advisory team as a Senior Associate – Risk, Regulation & FinTech where you will be tackling cutting-edge challenges in risk, regulation, and financial technology.

Based in Guernsey or Jersey, you’ll work with major global clients on high-impact projects—from regulatory change and anti-financial crime to fintech transformation and business optimisation.

Responsibilities will include:

• Delivering tailored solutions across risk, compliance, governance and fintech projects

• Supporting complex client engagements and developing impactful deliverables

• Building strong relationships with clients and across the firm’s global network

• Helping shape strategic initiatives and mentoring junior team members

You’ll bring at least 3 years’ experience in financial services, strong stakeholder skills, and a passion for solving complex problems. This is a brilliant opportunity to grow your consulting career in a fast-moving, agile environment.
