Senior Client Relationship Manager

Do you work within financial services and have strong people management experience and experience in leading teams?

A highly esteemed financial services company in Guernsey is seeking a Senior Client relationship Manager to join their team.

You will provide fund administration expertise, technical guidance and training to a Private Equity team which is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of a substantial portfolio of fund structures.

You will also be responsible for leading the delivery of  exceptional the client relationship service through effectively managing dedicated Client Relationship Managers and the administration teams.

• Managing the service delivery for the PE business along with the Associate Director
• Maintaining and building client relationships ensuring that the delivery of client service meets agreed service levels
• Act as a higher authority on day-to-day queries and as “A” level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters
• Maintaining and building relationships with Intermediaries (Law firms, auditors, banks etc)

The ideal candidate will have considerable practical fund or strong administration experience, supported by a relevant professional qualification i.e. ICSA or equivalent.If you have great team leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others we’d love to hear from you!
