Our client an award-winning fund services organisation is seeking a Senior Company Secretarial Officer – Private Equity to join their Guernsey team.

Working closely with the fund administration team, you will provide company secretarial and associated services to a group of clients.

Full time, part time and flexible working hours will be considered.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in coordinating all fund / company secretarial matters
  • Maintenance of up to date and accurate statutory records and registers for a variety of corporate entities
  • Ensuring accurate investor records are maintained and processing all investor changes/transfers thereon
  • Timely preparation/filing of periodic financial information in accordance with constitutional and regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate will be familiar with Guernsey funds industry and regulatory framework and function as a key part of the pre-existing client administration team.
