Senior Compliance Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join one of our key client’s compliance teams in Guernsey. This is a pivotal leadership role offering the opportunity to be formally appointed as a named individual under the GFSC’s regulatory framework for both Trust and Fund.

Be the authority on regulatory compliance – this is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional with deep expertise across Trust and Fund structures.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and execution of a robust, risk-based compliance monitoring programme.
• Acting as a named Compliance Officer/MLCO for both the Trust and Fund regulated entities.
• Providing high-level, pragmatic compliance guidance to the business, senior management, and governance committees.
• Staying ahead of regulatory change, ensuring internal policies and controls remain fully compliant.

This would suit a confident, detail-driven professional with at least 7 years’ experience in compliance within the Financial Services industry.

You’ll hold a relevant qualification, along with a deep understanding of both Trust and Fund structures. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
