Senior Consultant, Financial Reporting (Private Equity)

Join a collaborative and highly respected Guernsey team delivering exceptional service to high-profile private equity clients.

As Senior Accountant, you’ll take ownership of complex fund accounting and portfolio management tasks, building close relationships with clients and advisors.

You’ll play a key role in mentoring junior team members and supporting regulatory, tax, and reporting obligations across diverse investment structures.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing complex PE accounts under UK, US, or Lux GAAP/IFRS
• Managing investor calls, distributions, and portfolio transactions
• Overseeing tax, AIFMD, and Solvency II reporting with internal and external partners
• Guiding junior staff and maintaining strong client and stakeholder communication

You’ll be ACA / ACCA qualified (or nearly qualified) with strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in fund structures. Confidence, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure are key to success in this role.
