An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic finance professional to join a collaborative internal finance team in Guernsey.
This role of Senior Finance Administrator / Finance Officer offers the chance to work across multiple jurisdictions, supporting financial administration, reporting, and cash management while contributing to the smooth running of the finance function.
It’s ideal for someone organised, proactive, and looking to progress their finance career in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with bookkeeping, cash management, reconciliations, and general finance administration
Supporting preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end internal financial reporting
Assisting with debt collection, cash flow monitoring, and analysis of spending
Ensuring accurate recording of transactions, billing support, and monthly bank reconciliations
Candidates may be studying or hold a relevant qualification (FIA, CAT, ACCA or equivalent) with strong technical finance knowledge. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
