Senior Finance Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Manager with a respected financial services firm in Guernsey or Jersey

As someone responsible for leading the Finance function of an award winning bank you should be a strategic leader with expertise in banking and financial management

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing Finance, Planning, and Management Information – including providing accurate and timely financial information to the Executive Committee and Board.
• Risk and Capital management – including ensuring regulatory and business compliance.
• Treasury and Liquidity Management – including developing policies and procedures to identify, monitor and manage the liquidity and Interest Rate Risk requirements of the company
• People Management and Development – including building and fostering a competent and dedicated team.

Together with excellent communication skills you should also have an accounting qualification (eg ACCA/ ACA/CIMA) – those qualified by experience will be considered – as well as the ability to drive business change.
