Senior Financial Reporting Manager – Corporate Services

We are working with a highly regarded financial services company who is looking to onboard a Senior Financial Reporting Manager – Corporate Services to their Southampton, UK team.

You will manage the accounting team responsible for a complex and varied portfolio of corporate entities.Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the team to accurately account for and report on client transactions, ensuring that accurate data is maintained 
• Managing and reviewing completion of audit queries and establish good working relationships with audit firms
• Reviewing all aspects of client accounting matters: statutory financial statements, quarterly financial reporting & ad-hoc, client specific reporting
• Acting as a higher authority on day-to-day accounting queries and as 4-eyes signatory on accounting matters

The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting experience supported by a relevant professional qualification (ACCA or ACA) and knowledge of company secretarial requirements for UK entities.

You will need strong computer literacy skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with clients, colleagues and business contacts.
