Senior Fund Accountant – Private Equity

A highly progressive financial services company is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant – Private Equity to join their close-knit team in Guernsey.

This is a perfect role for:

• Auditors 
• Accountants – part or newly qualified
• Accountants interested in stepping into this sector

You will support the administration of fund structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Administer a complex range of funds, management companies, and associated fund structures
• Co-ordinate company secretarial matters and prepare minutes for board and shareholder meetings
• Process routine and complex fund operations and maintain accurate investor records
• Prepare payment instructions and manage electronic payments
• Mentor junior staff under the supervision of senior team members
