Senior Fund Operations Manager

Time to join a friendly team as they settle in to brand new offices and have a great opportunity to grow with their business, taking on a varied senior manager role in fund operations.

Working closely with the head of funds, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Fund Services business in Guernsey, ensuring a high-quality service is provided to all clients.

Activities will include oversight and hands-on involvement with fund related tasks – NAV’s, Investor take-on, transfer agency, CDD and other functional matters.

Responsibilities:

• Complete ownership of all day-to-day aspects of the fund operational/administration service for all clients
• Supervision of the fund administration team, providing technical support and motivation to the team
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with clients, client advisers, auditors, custodian, regulator, etc.
• Oversee the Fund Services operational service model on an ongoing basis to ensure that it continues to deliver work product within a robust risk and control framework for the business
