Senior Manager – Client Services

Join one of our key clients – an owner-managed boutique Guernsey trust company – as a Senior Manager within their Client Services team.

We’re looking for an experienced trust and corporate services professional to lead a dynamic team and nurture key client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your leadership and regulatory expertise into a senior-level role with strategic impact.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing client services team.
• Managing a portfolio of complex trust and company structures.
• Building and sustaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
• Ensuring compliance with STEP, ICSA, CRS, FATCA, and other regulatory standards.
