Senior Manager or Manager – Corporate Services – ICSA or CGI or ACCA

A thriving independent fund business are looking for client Relationship Manager / Senior Manager in their Corporate Services department

In this role you would be administering a portfolio of corporate structures in conjunction with the Director.

This role would ideally suit a qualified accountant or professional, whether currently in administration or looking to move.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing relationships for various corporate entities, and participating in the management and development Corporate Services department
• Ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a high quality service is provided to clients and other outside entities
• Ensuring the preparation, review, distribution and filing of documents of all types occur in a timely way in accordance to the regulations
• Supervising and assisting in the training and development of staff

You will have 5+ years administration experience which is supported by a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, ICSA Diploma level or equivalent) and experience of people management

If you have excellent computer skills and evidence of managing a small client relationship or having been part of a major client relationship this might be the role for you
