Senior Risk Assistant
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join one of our valued clients in their Guernsey office as a Senior Risk Assistant, supporting the Chief Risk Officer at the centre of the organisation’s risk function.
This hands‑on role provides exceptional exposure to enterprise‑wide risk management and is a perfect stepping stone for a graduate or early‑career professional eager to progress towards senior management.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the ongoing maintenance and embedding of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, risk appetite monitoring and risk register updates.
- Prepare high‑quality risk MI and Board‑level reports, track risk events and support analysis where thresholds are breached.
- Assist with governance activities including committee coordination, agenda preparation, paper drafting and action monitoring.
- Support regulatory interactions, submissions and thematic reviews, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements and best practice.
