Senior Systems Engineer
We’re looking to speak with a Senior Systems Engineer to join a fast-paced Guernsey-based team delivering secure, high-performance infrastructure solutions.
You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting core systems that keep the business running smoothly and securely.
You will lead on translating business needs into smart, scalable tech solutions, while managing internal resources and external partners.
Responsibilities will include:
Designing, implementing and maintaining secure infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs
Leading technical teams and manage third-party partners to deliver results
Overseeing change management, documentation, and ongoing system performance
Identifying and resolving complex issues, ensuring long-term stability and security
You’ll need at least five years’ experience in a similar technical role, plus certifications like Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, or Citrix. European travel may occasionally be required.
