Sustainability and Governance Management

Reporting to the Head of Finance, Risk and Governance, you’ll play a key role in driving forward ESG strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding sustainable practices across the organisation. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role with influence at every level of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ESG initiatives, including supplier emissions tracking and logistics impact monitoring.

• Coordinate sustainability reporting and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with evolving standards.

• Support governance activities, including policy updates, risk controls, and business continuity planning.

• Oversee internal sustainability data management and supplier compliance across ethical practices.
