Temporary Compliance Analyst (4-month FTC)

One of our key Guernsey clients is URGENTLY seeking a Temporary (Senior) Compliance Analyst. This 4-month contract would be perfect for an experienced compliance professional who can step in, take ownership quickly, and make an immediate impact.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening governance, improving monitoring frameworks, and supporting risk management across a busy environment where your expertise will be valued from day one. 

Responsibilities include:

• Running and enhancing the Compliance Monitoring Programme and supporting updates to the Business Risk Assessment.
• Reviewing and approving CDD, maintaining compliance registers and preparing reports for Boards and Committees.
• Acting as designate for key compliance functions, including attending relevant committee meetings and conducting screening.
• Providing training, guidance and on-demand testing support to colleagues.

You’ll bring strong technical compliance knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with accuracy and pace.
