Transformation Officer

Join a progressive Guernsey-based team as a Transformation Officer and help drive real change through technology.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment where your skills in Power BI, data automation, and process optimisation will support business-wide transformation initiatives.

You’ll play a key role in:

• Designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to visualise key metrics

• Supporting change initiatives and coordinating improvement activities

• Automating workflows and enhancing efficiency across data systems

• Guiding teams through new technologies and providing end-user training

We’re looking for someone technically skilled, ideally with a relevant qualification or working towards one, who communicates clearly, pays strong attention to detail, and is confident working with data tools and transformation processes.
