Trust Administration – Team Leader – Relocation – Mauritius

We are recruiting for a Trust Team Leader to join an International Trust company based in Mauritius.
 
Our client is looking for a qualified and experienced trust practitioner with demonstrable offshore trust experience in Guernsey or Jersey.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing trust and corporate administration services including complex structures and delivering a high level of service as to meet clients expectations.
• Effective administration of allocated caseloads of more medium and high risk clients.
• Liasing with external advisors including investment advisors, asset managers, lawyers, accountants and other third parties.
• Managing, supervising, train and developing junior members of staff.

You will be a personable and effective liaison, able to build rapport and buy in from colleagues and members of your team through leadership and day to day engagement.

Bringing out of the box thinking, sound judgement and self-motivation are all key traits.
