Joining a local, independent, owner-directed fiduciary business here in Guernsey.

This is a well suited role if you are looking to work in a non-client facing position and focus on operational administrative tasks.

Your role will be to provide support to a longstanding client structure, working alongside fellow team members and undertaking a range of tasks related to trusts and companies.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing paperwork for payments, including backup – RBSI EQ system
  • Undertaking initial periodic reviews for trusts and companies
  • Bank account openings, bank account maintenance, closing trusts and companies once they have served their purpose 
  • Updating client data on database

The ideal candidate will have experience with Trust or Company administration, good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
