Trust Entity Reviewer – Contract

Are you a contractor with extensive experience of trust and company administration?

Our client – an independent trust and company services provider–  is seeking a skilled Trust Entity Reviewer to join their team for 3 to 6 months.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct detailed reviews of trust and corporate entities in line with Guernsey regulations
• Evaluate the compliance of trust structures with AML, compliance, and risk management standards
• Document findings and prepare comprehensive reports of entity reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams to address any identified issues and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

You should be a team player with an investigative mindset, together with up to date knowledge of AML legislation and local regulatory requirements.
