Trust Manager – Family Trust Structure
Our client, a well‑established fiduciary services provider, is seeking an experienced Trust Manager to lead a small team in Guernsey while overseeing the administration of a complex high‑net‑worth family trust structure. This is a senior opportunity offering hands‑on leadership, client oversight and the chance to support an evolving, relationship‑driven portfolio.
An excellent role for a seasoned trust professional with strong people‑management capability and at least 10 years’ experience within the offshore fiduciary sector.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and supervising a team including delegation, performance management, training and monitoring completion of tasks.
- Overseeing trust administration activities across cash management, discretionary decisions, record‑keeping, investment monitoring and client service delivery.
- Acting as the primary relationship point for a significant HNW family trust, working alongside a Relationship Manager on higher‑level matters while ensuring all actions are implemented and monitored.
- Meeting utilisation, billing and aged‑debt targets while contributing to audit outcomes and adhering to internal policies, procedures and regulatory expectations.
