We are working closely with an illustrious financial services company in Guernsey who is looking to recruit a Trust Operations and Projects Administrator to be a part of their team. 

Reporting to the Operations and Projects Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Trust, Operations and Projects team.

  • You will be responsible for assisting with the monitoring and reviewing of oversight data as well as addressing any issues when necessary
  • Lend assistance when necessary with client due diligence reviews and acceptance
  • You will take part in regulatory reporting as it relates to FATCA, CRS and the GFSC fiduciary annual return
  • Implement new procedures as legislation evolves

You will be someone with ‘A level’ qualifications who has at least 3 years of fiduciary experience. The ideal candidate will be STEP/ICSA qualified or in pursuit of a recognised professional qualification.
