Josiah Kirton has been promoted to senior resourcing & marketing officer at our Barbados office in the Caribbean.
Josiah has been with First Executive Recruitment since November 2018. During his time with the company, he has been on secondment in our Guernsey head office and has worked closely with the Channel Islands team in matching quality candidates with high-quality businesses.
‘This promotion for Josiah comes as part of our evolution as a business and the journey we have been on over the past 3-4 years. His promotion is a testament to the commitment and dedication during his time with our business,’ said manager Marcel Magloire.

Josiah came to First Executive with a background in marketing and holds a degree in banking and finance. He has a keen awareness of the financial services industry and a desire to get stuck in.
Josiah said his priority was helping people achieve their career dreams.
