Compliance Director

An opportunity to shape and lead an in-house compliance function for a growing funds business in Guernsey that values trust, autonomy, and getting things done.

This is a senior, outcome-focused role where you’ll move compliance from outsourced to embedded, working closely with the leadership team in a small, high-calibre Guernsey office.

Responsibilities include:

• Take on prescribed responsibilities including MLRO, MLCO and related roles
• Design, implement and own the compliance monitoring programme
• Act as the primary point of contact with the GFSC, building strong, credible relationships
• Lead AML/CFT frameworks, policies and practical solutions across the business

You’ll be pragmatic, solutions-minded and proactive, with the gravitas to engage confidently with regulators. This role suits either an experienced senior funds compliance professional or a strong AML/CFT leader keen to deepen funds exposure.
