Manager – CDD Operations

One of our key clients is seeking an experienced Manager, CDD Operations to join the Business Risk function in their Guernsey office. This is a key leadership role within a regulated environment, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact during a 12‑month fixed term period.

This role leads and shapes the delivery of Customer Due Diligence across onboarding, periodic reviews and trigger events, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and consistently high standards in a risk-focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and resourcing a CDD Operations team to meet business demand and regulatory expectations
• Overseeing and signing off client risk assessments (medium risk and above), ensuring robust AML/CFT controls
• Driving quality assurance, management information and KPI reporting for senior stakeholders
• Identifying process improvements, inefficiencies and opportunities for change or automation
