Marketing Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to lead high-impact campaigns promoting Guernsey as a leading international finance jurisdiction. This role suits a strategic, hands-on marketer who can blend leadership, digital expertise, and commercial thinking to deliver measurable growth across multiple channels.

You’ll manage campaigns, mentor a growing team, and work with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, influential environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead digital marketing, advertising, SEO, email, website and social media activity.
• Manage and develop junior team members while fostering creativity and performance.
• Analyse results, present insights to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

You’ll bring 5+ years’ marketing experience, leadership capability, strong campaign delivery skills, and confidence managing multiple priorities. CIM qualification or degree preferred. Travel may be required.
