This is a standout opportunity for a qualified insurance professional to relocate to Guernsey and manage a varied portfolio of captive and commercial (re)insurance clients.

As Insurance Account Executive, you’ll combine technical underwriting insight, client service and governance support, working closely with boards, directors, brokers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage captive and commercial insurance portfolios, ensuring accurate administration, reporting and client service.

• Support underwriting decisions, renewals, new business reviews, claims monitoring and quantitative risk analysis.

• Prepare board packs, attend meetings, coordinate actions and deliver company secretarial support.

• Build trusted client relationships while contributing to training, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

You’ll possess an ACII qualification, along with strong captive insurance experience and the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers.
