Associate Director or Director – Commercial Property Management

This is a high-profile Associate Director / Director of Commercial Property Management opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional looking to step into a senior portfolio management role with real influence. 

Based in Guernsey or Jersey, you will take ownership of a varied commercial portfolio, lead key client relationships and play a central role in maintaining service quality, financial control and best-practice delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leading rent, service charge budgets, reconciliations, reporting and landlord remittances.
• Acting as a trusted senior contact for clients, tenants and professional advisers.
• Overseeing compliance, insurance, maintenance, inspections and key lease events across the portfolio.
• Supporting onboarding, process improvement and the development of the wider property management team.

You’ll bring strong commercial property management experience, excellent client-facing skills and the confidence to manage complex priorities at a senior level. 

Knowledge of Guernsey property regulations, service charge accounting or MRI Qube would be very advantageous.
