Portfolio Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading international investment management business based in Jersey, seeking a talented Portfolio Manager to join its growing investment team.

This non-client facing, research-focused role offers the chance to play a key part in investment decision-making, portfolio construction and manager selection across a diverse range of institutional investment portfolios. If you are a UK based investment professional who is open to relocating to Jersey, then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth research and analysis on investment funds, ETFs, securities, asset classes and market trends.
• Producing investment recommendations, research reports and presentations to support investment committee decisions.
• Monitoring portfolio performance, asset allocation, investment managers and market developments.
• Supporting portfolio construction, risk analysis, rebalancing activities and ongoing due diligence processes.

You should have previous experience in investment research / fund analysis / portfolio management or a related investment role, strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently communicate complex investment concepts in a clear and concise manner.

You should also demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for financial markets and willingness to pursue relevant professional qualifications.
