Assistant Client Relationship Manager, Funds
One of our key clients – an international corporate and fund services provider – is seeking an Assistant Client Relationship Manager to URGENTLY join its Guernsey team until approximately the end of March 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical fund administration experience while supporting the delivery of services to a significant client. Previous experience is welcomed but not essential, making the role equally suitable for an organised school or university leaver looking to begin a financial services career.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the team with the day-to-day administration of corporate and fund structures, ensuring clients receive an efficient and professional service.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate trackers, logs and checklists throughout each stage of the process.
- Assisting with board meeting preparation, including collating papers and drafting straightforward agendas, minutes and written resolutions.
- Supporting capital calls, distributions and investment transactions, including monitoring cash movements, reconciling bank accounts and liaising with relevant parties.
This role could suit someone with previous office, administration or financial services experience who is available immediately and looking for an interesting temporary opportunity. It could also provide an excellent first step for a motivated school or university leaver who is keen to build practical experience within Guernsey’s finance industry.If you are available to start
