Ready to bring your onboarding expertise to a role with influence?

Join a prominent Guernsey financial institution as Onboarding – Senior New Business & Risk Officer where you’ll oversee client onboarding, strengthen risk controls and help colleagues deliver an efficient client experience.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Manage onboarding and account openings, reviewing documentation, screening results and risk assessments.

  • Provide senior sign-off on onboarding and trigger reviews, overseeing enhanced due diligence for higher-risk clients and PEPs.

  • Support FATCA and CRS checks, Approved Introducer reviews and reporting to compliance and risk teams.

  • Guide and develop colleagues, resolve onboarding queries and improve processes, controls and documentation.

You’ll bring KYC/CDD expertise, detailed knowledge of corporate structures, FATCA and CRS, and experience managing regulatory risk within a large financial institution.

Communication, influencing and organisational skills are essential, alongside people management or deputising experience and proficiency with AI-enabled productivity tools.
