Account Manager, Corporate Banking

An established banking organisation is seeking an organised and client-focused Account Manager to support its Corporate Banking team in Guernsey.

Acting as the key link between Relationship Managers, internal banking teams and a designated client portfolio, you will coordinate a wide range of banking activity while delivering a highly personalised standard of service.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating client instructions and managing transactions across deposits, payments, foreign exchange, securities and corporate actions.
• Preparing account-opening documentation, resolving missing information or potential issues, and supporting periodic reviews and remediation activity.
• Proactively engaging with clients, responding to their requirements and working alongside Relationship Managers to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Supporting the delivery of the bank’s wider services, including savings, foreign exchange, custody and lending, while ensuring accounts and transactions meet regulatory and internal standards.

Self-motivated, flexible and highly organised, you will combine strong attention to detail with sound judgement and a high level of risk awareness.
You will also have experience in a front-office client support or account management position, ideally gained within banking, trust or another regulated financial services environment. Knowledge of banking, custody, foreign exchange and credit would be particularly valuable.
