Our client – A globally connected financial services firm – is seeking an Administrative Manager for their Jersey Office

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with your team to manage a portfolio of clients
  • Manage relationships with key clients and other relationships – including conducting client visits
  • Keeping up to date with current industry issues and, paying attention to the compliance policies and procedures (AML/KYC etc), reporting any concerns as appropriate
  • Assist the Assistant Director/Director in supervising your team including mentoring, training and development, recruitment and resourcing

You will have comprehensive administrative experience (8+ years) together with a professional qualification (Law Degree/ICSA/STEP/ACCA) and expert knowledge of local legislation.
