An ideal next step for a senior fund administrator or confident AM! You’ll play a key role overseeing fund portfolios, guiding junior team members, and maintaining high standards of compliance and client service across a varied workload.
Responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of funds while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Reviewing and preparing financial statements, reports, and key documentation.
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior administrators.
Liaising with clients, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth fund operations.
You would be a great fit if you are studying towards CGI (ICSA), ACCA or ACA — or have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, Have a strong background in fund administration (fiduciary experience will also be considered), are detail-focused with strong communication and time management skills and enjoy working in a busy, team-oriented environment with clear opportunities for growth.
